Every sign is wrapped by hand and shipped with tracking. Orders over $100.00 ship free.
Because each piece is personalized, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your sign arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll make it right.

- Every sign is made to order by hand. Most pieces are carved, finished and shipped within 5–10 business days. Larger or business signs may take a little longer, and we will always let you know the timeline before we start.
- Can I personalize the text, size and finish?
- Yes. Names, dates, quotes, fonts, wood stain and size can all be customized. Add your details on the product page or contact us for a fully custom design.
- Will I see a proof before you carve?
- For custom designs we send you a digital proof to approve before any wood is cut, so you know exactly what you are getting.
- Are your signs suitable for outdoors?
- Our Porch & Outdoor signs are sealed with an exterior-grade finish. Indoor signs can be upgraded to the outdoor finish on request.
- Where do you ship?
- We ship worldwide. Orders over $100 ship free. Every sign is carefully wrapped to arrive safely.
